- Charles Upchurch, CEO
Charles Upchurch is the Chief Executive Officer of Silentsoft. Charles has extensive management experience from both small and large organizations, particularly in implementing strategies and processes to help companies grow successfully. Prior to Silentsoft, Charles was CEO of TATIS - a Geneva based software company - which he built into a market leader prior to its acquisition. Before TATIS, Charles spent 16 years with SGS – a Swiss multi-national services company - where he held senior positions in the Geneva headquarters as well as in the North American and Asian affiliates. Charles has a degree in Psychology from Rhodes College in the USA.
- Roger Roschnik, Director Building Energy
Roger Roschnik is the Director for the Building Energy Business Unit. Prior to joining Silentsoft in 2011, Roger worked in an Energy Engineering Consultancy, spent 12 years with Philip Morris in Operations Management positions and more recently as Managing Director of an international development company in the fields of cement, water and energy. Roger has a Degree in mechanical Engineering, with a specialisation in energy, and a MBA.
- Guy Lanrezac, Director Vendor Managed Inventory
Guy Lanrezac is the Director for Vendor Managed Inventory. Guy joined Silentsoft in 2010 as country lead for France and head of corporate marketing. Prior to joining Silentsoft, Guy was the General Manager for Motorola Mobile Handsets in France, previously he was head of marketing at Wavecom (now Sierra Wireless), a leading GSM module manufacturer for M2M business. Guy has a master in Marketing at the European Business School (London, Paris, Madrid).
- Paolo Brillo, CFO
Paolo Brillo is the Chief Financial Officer of SIlentsoft. PAolo's career has principally evolved in industrial production with a focus on change management and group integration. Prior to joining Silentsoft, Paolo held senior finance positions at Orange and at Bosch where he conducted numerous business valuations and investment assessments. Paolo chaired the CEEC (Centre Vaudois d'Etudes Economiques et Comptables) for more than 6 years and continues to participate in this association.
